By sending the application form to d.vinci Personalmarketing GmbH, you agree that your details may be stored for the duration of the application process, processed on behalf of SIBA GmbH and used to contact you in the application process.

You cannot send your online application without your consent. With your application you assure that the information you provide is true and correct.

Type and origin of the data used

Through our applicant management system, we collect the following required data that you provide. The fields marked with * are mandatory:

- form of address*
- First name*
- Last name*
- E-mail address*
- Phone*
- Earliest possible start
- Salary expectations
- Comment
- Complete application documents (curriculum vitae in Word, PDF, jpg, gif, png format)
- How did you hear about us?

You can enter the data in our application form manually. The data will only be available to us after you have checked and approved your profile and submitted the application form.

Basis of data storage

Data processing is always carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The legal basis for data processing under the Basic Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679; hereinafter "DS-GVO"), which comes into force on 25 May 2018, is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) DS-GVO and the need to carry out the application process under Article 6(1)(b) DS-GVO.

Further use of your data

Anonymised data that does not allow any conclusions about your person is regularly used to measure and internally evaluate the application processes of d.vinci Recruiting Services GmbH.

Right of view for your data

Within our company and the company of our client, only those persons and positions will receive your personal data which they need for the hiring decision and for the fulfilment of our pre-contractual/contractual and legal obligations.

Information, correction and deletion of your data

You are entitled at any time to request information about the data stored by d.vinci Recruiting Services GmbH and to demand that inaccurate data about your person be corrected or deleted in whole or in part.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The relevant data will then be deleted immediately. The deletion may be replaced by a blocking of the data in the cases provided by law. We also draw your attention to your right of complaint to a supervisory authority under data protection law.

Deletion periods

Your data will be automatically deleted after 6 months after the end of the application process.

Storage of your data

We use the d.vinci applicant management system for the application procedure. The d.vinci software is an offer from our affiliated company, d.vinci HR-Systems GmbH, Nagelsweg 37-39, 20097 Hamburg, Germany. A contract was concluded with d.vinci HR- Systems GmbH regarding the procedure for order processing. The conclusion of the order processing contract ensures that the above-mentioned service provider complies with the strict requirements of European data protection law in all points. d.vinci HR-Systems GmbH uses the certified computer center of pop interactive GmbH at Wendenstraße 408, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, for data storage.

Data security

Your data will be encrypted and then stored in a database. Our security measures are continuously improved by technical and organisational measures in line with technological development and comply with the applicable data protection requirements.

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the application process.

Cookies

Cookies are stored on your computer by the applicant management system and are used to make navigation and work easier for you.

The applicant management system only uses temporary cookies (session cookies), which are automatically deleted as soon as the user closes the browser.
